A LITTLE BACKGROUND…
This is such an exciting time for Prosper! Over the past year, the Town Of Prosper has been raising money to build a playground for the community, by the community. Windmill Playground is being built inside Frontier Park, just west of Prosper High School.
VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED!
Build Week has started! Over the past few days, great progress has been made at Windmill Playground; however, they are a few days behind schedule. They are in DESPERATE NEED for more Volunteers and would greatly appreciate any help you or your family could offer.
HOW TO VOLUNTEER?
The message below was sent out today from Prosper ISD and the Town of Prosper:
“All week (through Sunday) community volunteers are needed to assist with the construction of this fantastic project (8:00AM-8:00PM). You do not have to have any power tool skills – we need help in all areas. Just show up and they will point you the direction – children (over 10 yrs old) are welcome as well. Your way of contributing might even be to bring baked goods for the workers. However you can help would be greatly appreciated. This project has an aggressive timeline and we need your help. Thank you!“
PLEASE HELP SPREAD THE WORD
On the left sidebar there are options to email this blog post, Share on Facebook or Tweet on Twitter. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!
